NeuroHypnosis | Private Clinical Hypnosis Sessions

CHANGE THE PATTERNS THAT KEEP HOLDING YOU BACK.

Do you know what you want to change, but keep falling into the same habit, fear, self-doubt, or reaction?

Hypnosis is a guided process that helps you focus your attention, become more receptive to helpful suggestions, and rehearse new ways of thinking and responding. It's not mind control. You remain an active participant.

Work privately with Fred Martinez, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Peak Mental Performance Strategist.

Understand the process

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, often combined with deep relaxation, in which you can work with suggestions and mental imagery toward a specific goal.

You may already know exactly what you should do, yet find yourself reacting in an old, familiar way. Hypnosis can help you practice different responses and reinforce changes you choose to make.

What hypnosis is

A collaborative process using focused attention, guided imagery, and goal-directed suggestions. You can hear, think, and communicate throughout.

What hypnosis is not

It is not sleep, unconsciousness, or someone taking control of your mind. You cannot be guaranteed to respond in a particular way.

You don't need more willpower for every challenge. Sometimes you need a different way to practice your response.

Reasons people seek hypnosis

WHAT CAN HYPNOSIS HELP YOU WORK ON?

Every person and goal is different. These are common areas where hypnosis may be useful as part of a practical change plan.

Confidence & Self-Doubt

Practice a steadier internal response before presentations, competitions, interviews, and important conversations.

Performance Pressure

Use imagery and mental rehearsal to prepare for high-stakes moments without being overwhelmed by anticipation.

Habits & Automatic Reactions

Explore triggers and reinforce alternative behaviors aligned with your goals.

Stress & Relaxation

Learn guided relaxation and attention skills that may help you respond more calmly to everyday stress.

Focus & Mental Preparation

Practice directing attention toward the task instead of distractions or unhelpful internal commentary.

Fear & Avoidance

Work with appropriate, non-clinical performance fears and build confidence through structured mental rehearsal.

Results vary. Hypnosis is not a guaranteed cure or a substitute for medical or licensed mental health treatment. Concerns involving trauma, clinical anxiety, or other health conditions may require an appropriately licensed provider.

Common questions

QUESTIONS ABOUT HYPNOSIS?

Will I lose control or be unconscious?

No. Hypnosis is collaborative. You generally remain aware and can communicate, accept or reject suggestions, and end the process.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

People vary in how readily they respond to hypnosis. Motivation, comfort, expectations, and the approach used can all affect the experience.

Will one session fix my problem?

There is no guaranteed number of sessions or guaranteed result. Some goals are straightforward; others require repeated practice or a different type of support.

Is this the same as stage hypnosis?

No. Private, goal-focused hypnosis is a collaborative service, not a performance for an audience.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. These services focus on non-clinical goals such as confidence, habits, relaxation, and performance. Medical or mental health concerns should be evaluated by qualified licensed professionals.

What happens during the consultation?

We talk briefly about your goal, what you've tried, and whether NeuroHypnosis is appropriate. If it is, I'll explain possible next steps. The consultation is not a hypnosis session.

Your next step

READY TO WORK ON WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK?

You don't need to know anything about hypnosis before we speak. Just tell me what you want to change.

During a private 15-minute consultation, we'll discuss your goal, whether hypnosis is a good fit, and what working together could look like.
